"Politically Correct" Store Policies

The below policies are that of our supplier, Imprints Custom Designs, and therefore our Store's policies.

Privacy Policy/Security Statement

Our store operates over a secure server when sending private information. Your information is encrypted and secure with us. We do not release your information for any reason, including your email address. We require it only to fill your order and contact you with any questions concerning your order.

Shipping

Shipping time: Approximately two weeks.

Shipping charges: $5.00

Shipping methods: We ship by FedEx, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or UPS ground.

Return Policy

It is our policy to provide you with quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Should our merchandise be defective in any way, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We operate on an exchange basis. If we determine that the item is defective, and not damaged by the customer, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Since we offer customization of all our items, they are created at time of order, so please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. If a shorter time is desired, please contact us by phone or email prior to placing the order.

Items are shipped as close as possible to the pictures on the web site, but due to different dying procedures at the time of manufacture of garments and threads, some variation will occur. We reserve the right to switch to a comparable name brand of garment due to occasional manufacturer shortages. If this is not satisfactory to you, please inquire about stock before ordering. We will do our best to resolve any problems. Please report any damaged packages to the shipper immediately. Please do not return any items without a return authorization number from us.

Shop Safely

Keep your information as safe as possible. Check for a security statement on the site. Always use a "secure" storefront. Secure web connections encrypt the data stream so that only the sender and recipient can read what's being sent. If when checking out, the "Credit Card Number Form" doesn't start with "https://" as opposed to the usual "http:// (watch for the "s"), or the locked padlock on your browser doesn't appear, then don't enter your credit card number. Back out and please notify us as soon as possible.

Our ordering form will not show secure until it is time to enter your credit card number. We can take your order over the phone if necessary. If your browser is set properly, it should tell you when accessing a "secure" connection and when you are leaving a "secure" connection. Please shop safely, and feel free to ask any questions.
