Excuse me?
Bush carried Ohio by 118,000 votes. Kerry threw in the towel the next day because he knew that any remaning "boost" which would come from counting the absentee ballots, wouldn't be enough to put him over the top. The courts weren't even involved.
How that is "stealing," exactly, I can't imagine.
