Jim, I would like to have permission to use your cartoon as the picture for my current blog post on my blog addressing felons voting. I make not money from this blog and do not receive any pay for my blogging.
Also your cartoon from 1999 is really relevant with ACORN voter fraud complaints. In fact I would like to use it everytine we talk voter fraud. I will be glad to put your name and website in the alt tag for the photo. And add your name and link to the post as I do for other cartoonists. I could'n't post a link to the post because of you restiction on pasting to the comments section. So please Google: ARRA News Service
